To: All current and previous clients of Kansas Seismic Exchange. You are hereby notified of the following: The Landlord for Kansas Seismic Exchange has terminated its lease effective December 31, 2018. Consequently Kansas Seismic Exchange is losing its ability to store the Seismograms and Field Reports that are currently in its possession. These Seismograms and Field Reports are, in most cases, the property of the clients who paid for them to be completed. The Seismograms and Field Reports will be moved to Underground Vaults & Storage on or before December 15, 2018. This notice puts all current and previous clients on notice that any bailment arising from the storage of these Seismograms and Field Reports is being terminated. The Seismograms and Field Reports will be stored for two years from January 1, 2019, before being donated or destroyed. If you wish to retain your Seismograms or Field Reports please make arrangements to pick up your property. Kansas Seismic Exchange can assist in making a charitable donation of the seismic records to the Kansas Geological Foundation if you are interested. Please contact Shannon Opfer Hageman at the Kansas Seismic Exchange, 316-641-7755 to make pickup arrangements or to discuss donating records.
