Kelly Rains brings a variety of business and oil industry experience to the association. She, was a branch manager for a bank 10 years, owned a restaurant, worked in the oil industry, and then owned a commercial embroidery business for 11 years.
Rains has two children, a son and daughter. She also has two granddaughters. She is a Wichita native.
